Returns & Exchanges Policy
Here at Shana, we ensure that all our products are processed and shipped in excellent condition. However, if you encounter any issues with the item you received, you can return the online purchase within 7 days of received date.
Please take note of the following terms and conditions for all returns:
For Exchange & Return:
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- We only accept exchange or return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) placed on Shana.
- Return or exchange are not permitted for reasons such as a change of mind, selecting the wrong size (for apparel), or no longer wanting the item.
- Customers bear the responsibility for all shipping costs associated with returned items, and our liability commences upon the item’s arrival at our office for approval. Once the product is received and approved for exchange/return, Shana covers the return and replacement postage for these items.
- The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact condition as when purchased, with the attached tag. Also, include cover notes/air waybills.
- Exchange requests are valid for a one-time occurrence only after approval.
- Exchanges depend on the availability of colours and sizes; change of different designs are not allowed.
- We will endeavour to explore alternatives and exchange with a new item, contingent upon stock availability on our website. Exchange with a differently priced item is only considered if the purchased item is out of stock.
- In the event that an item is unexchangeable, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit, and terms & conditions apply to all Shana collections. Postage fees for return or exchange items will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
- We reserve the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or (ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale; and/or (iii) we determine that a customer is abusing our refund and exchange policy.
- Shana is not responsible for items purchased from third parties; we only attend to returns with the correct Order ID.

- Clearly state the reason, provide your order number and a snapshot of the received item for return or exchange for each item. Email the completed form to us at hello-shana@hotmail.com.
- Await approval from our customer service team, who will respond within 2-3 working days.
- Once approved, follow the provided instructions for shipping the item back to us.
